David T. Fletcher, MD

MEDICAL DOCTOR

Dr. Fletcher, his wife, Erin, and their four children are all natives of Georgia.  His residency training was at Atlanta Medical Center, a level II trauma center.  He attended Berry College in Rome, Georgia for his undergraduate education and Ross University School of Medicine for his medical degree.

Elaine S. Hodges, MD

MEDICAL DOCTOR

Dr. Hodges taught school (physics, math, chemistry, biology, physiology) for 10 years before attending Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. She worked in the ER for 26 years.  Married to Edwin Hodges, who passed away in 1997.  She has one son, Chad (who graduated from Ga Tech).

Amelia Malcom, DNP

FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER

Amy Malcom has been an FNP with our practice since 2011.  She is from the Bostwick community.  Amy Malcom has been a nationally board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 2011. She has been in nursing since 1992 and has worked in emergency departments and intensive care units.  She is an assistant professor at Brenau University where she is the FNP Coordinator.  Amy graduated with her Doctorate in Nursing Practice in 2015 and FNP in 2011 from Brenau University in Atlanta, Ga.  She is married and has 5 children and 3 grandchildren.  She enjoys her family and traveling.  She is very active in her church and has been on many mission trips.

Christine Bohlen, NP-C

NURSE PRACTITIONER

Christy lives in Madison, Georgia with her husband, Lee, and their three children. Together they enjoy spending time with family and friends. Christy received her undergraduate degree in nursing from Medical College of Georgia and worked at Athens Regional for 5 years prior to becoming a nurse practitioner. Christy received her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Ohio University in 2014.  Since that time, Christy has been working with Madison Medical Associates. She strives to provide safe, quality, compassionate care to all of her patients.

Allison Welch, NP-C

NURSE PRACTITIONER

Allison graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2010 and a Master of Science in Nursing in 2015 from Georgia College and State University.    Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a RN at Putnam General Hospital in Medical-Surgical, Intermediate Care Unit, Swing Bed and Rehab.  She is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.  She started with Madison Medical Associates in January of 2016.  Allison currently lives in Madison with her husband, Chad, and daughter, Millie.

Natasha Osborne, NP-C

NURSE PRACTITIONER

Natasha received her MSN through Walden University in 2018.  She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.  She spent her last six years of working as a RN in Labor and Delivery at Piedmont Athens, as well as working as a Med-Surg nurse in the beginning of her career in Habersham County. Natasha grew up in Athens, GA and currently resides in Oconee County.  She has one daughter with whom she loves to travel the world with.
